OpenStreetMap in Google maps v2 (old)

Presenting OpenStreetMap (tiles) within the old google maps API v2. This requires a google API key, and is generally deprecated, so you're unlikely to be following this example. Also this display still shows a prominent google icon in the corner giving undue prominence to the big G who are in this case not supplying the maps. Arguably this is misleading/inadequate credit to the OpenStreetMap community.
