Mapstraction Google with OpenStreetMap

Using Mapstraction to invoke google maps API v3, but then point it at the OpenStreetMap tile server. This doesn't work well. Obtrusive (and incorrect) 'Map data ©2013 Google' remains despite passing attribution parameter when adding the OSM tile layer
